The following terms and conditions apply to all donations made on the Muslim Hands website.
If you place an online donation with Muslim Hands we will send you an email confirming receipt of your donation and the details of your donation. Your donation represents an offer to us to which is accepted by us when we deliver a Final Receipt.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of donation items appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse donations where item information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
We offer a 90-day no quibbles refund policy which begins from the date you make your donation. If you contact us outside of the 90-day period we may or may not refund the donation.
If you request a refund we will refund the full value of your donation. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Muslim Hands shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Muslim Hands bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Muslim Hands via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to http://www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Muslim Hands separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to http://www.paygate.co.za
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Muslim Hands takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Muslim Hands chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Muslim Hands may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
