Hunger: A Global Crisis

Even though there is enough food produced to feed everyone in the world, over 800 million adults and children go hungry every day. Without enough food, starved communities have low energy levels, are more susceptible to illnesses, and are often too sick to work and support their families.

This means that entire generations remain trapped in the never-ending cycle of extreme poverty. Fighting hunger is one of the world’s biggest problems and one we take very seriously.

We have witnessed the destructive and heart-breaking impact hunger can have on the lives of the most vulnerable communities around the world, and so we ensure that our projects address this bitter reality.

From distributing emergency food aid to victims of war and famine to equipping communities with the tools they need to feed themselves over the long-term, we take a practical and dynamic approach to the world’s hunger crisis.
